1. General Policy
Due to the nature of AI-based digital services, all purchases are generally non-refundable, except in limited circumstances described in this policy. Once access to the Services has been granted, resources are immediately allocated, making refunds impractical after usage.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- No usage of the Services has occurred on the account
- This includes zero content analysis, zero AI processing, zero API calls, and zero feature usage
- The account shows no activity whatsoever
Any usage of the Services - even minimal - automatically voids refund eligibility.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Any AI feature or tool has been used
- Subscription cancellation after partial or full usage
- Failure to cancel a free trial before conversion to a paid plan
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results
- Change of mind after purchase
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Payment disputes or chargebacks initiated through a payment provider
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Permanent restriction from using the Services
- Loss of access without refund
